  • YES!

    Haven’t worked out for awhile? There are so many modifications offered so that it can be taylored to any fitness level. Feel like your age counts you out? Abosolutely not! We have a wide variety of ages, from 10 - 70. Again, I always offer lots of modifications. Work out a bunch and think this may be a fluff workout? Nope! Trust me, it will be a good workout for you too.

  • No. I will have everything you need. Bring a water along with yourself. If you want to lift heavier than 5 lbs., I would suggest bringing your own weights.

  • I understand that this may seem different, and you may wonder if it will be uncomfortable. I open with prayer and verse or topic for the time together. Then we move, whether it is cardio, choreographed, kickboxing or strength, to uplifting music. Then after we cool down, you will lay on your mat while I guide you in a few minutes of self reflection and conversation with Jesus. Come and try it once! I promise you will leave encouraged.
